Please read the following terms of use before purchasing an item on giuseppegovinda.com.
There are two types of products:
- Products sold and sent directly by Giuseppe Govinda
- Products that can be purchased on external sites: Amazon, Teemill, and Spring. As regards every aspect of the sale, including refund, shipping, and payment, the guidelines of the respective stores apply.
For products sold on external sites, the site owner receives a percentage of the sale.
As regards the products sold and shipped by Giuseppe Govinda, the following sales and returns policy applies:
Returned products must not be used or damaged and can be returned no later than 14 days after purchase.
Before starting a return request, contact customer service on the contact page.
Send the order number and the reason for the return and if the product is damaged also send attached the photos.
Response times are three working days.
The customer can decide whether to return the product or exchange it for another.
For refunds due to “damaged product”, shipping costs are covered by the seller. Otherwise they are at the customer’s expense.
Paintings/Artworks cannot be returned.
